Chicago, IL, and Frankfurt, Germany — August 26, 2008 — NetMotion Wireless, a provider of mobile productivity and management software, has deployed BigMachines' configuration, pricing, quoting and proposal generation solution.
NetMotion said it is using BigMachines, integrated with Salesforce.com, to enable inside sales and field sales representatives to have access to updated, accurate product configurations and pricing.
In addition, BigMachines now automates what had been manual processes for sales reps. This includes the ability to co-terminate a new maintenance agreement with an existing agreement, and the ability to generate quotes in the same opportunity for multiple resellers who are all bidding on the same end-customer businesses.
By using BigMachines to streamline these processes, NetMotion said it was also able to completely integrate the functions with its Salesforce CRM (customer relationship management) system.
